I build web sites according to W3C Standards, hand crafting the underlying code so that it is as widely accessible as possible. I also pay a lot of attention to the information architecture of the site - how it fits together, how easy it is to find what you need and how to structure the information you are presenting in the best, most effective and logical way.

Visual design

It's like art - I know what I like when I see it, but I know my limits. So I employ talented visual artists to design the sites I build for my clients, and I build a lot of sites for talented designers too.

CSS, XHTML, AAA Accessibility, SEO, Web standards...
